Hi, I'm Rochana
(She/her/HERS)

Passionate about Fitness & Diversity

After over a decade climbing the corporate ladder, I know firsthand how easy it is for health and wellbeing to slip to the bottom of the priority list.

Behind the scenes of a high-flying, ambitious career, I struggled with growing physical and mental health challenges that no promotion or payslip could fix.

It wasn’t a crash diet or extreme overhaul that turned things around - it was small, sustainable changes to my nutrition, training and lifestyle. Changes that helped me reclaim my energy, rebuild my strength and restore a sense of balance I didn't think was possible.

Realising how many women were silently facing the same battles, I traded my corporate career for a new mission: launching Wai Way to empower women to take control of their health without sacrificing their ambitions, culture or identity.

Today, I coach women who are ready to stop choosing between career success and personal wellbeing.

Together, we build strength, energy and confidence — while embracing carbs, cultural foods and the unique vision each woman holds for her body and life.

At The Wai Way, there’s no one-size-fits-all "ideal body". So, whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved fitness or simply feeling good in your own skin, I'm here to support your version of success — not society’s.

As a mixed-race Guyanese woman, I'm also passionate about increasing body and cultural diversity in the health and fitness space; representation matters - and I’m here to disrupt outdated narratives and create a more inclusive, empowering landscape for women from all backgrounds.

If you’re ready to change your life for good and learn to live #theWaiWay, I’d be honoured to guide you.
